Through the transformation of port power distribution equipment, air conditioning, production transportation equipment, metering terminals, and other equipment, along with the debugging and integration of multiple energy sources such as cold, heat, oil, and gas (hydrogen), the construction of an integrated generation-grid-load-storage management and control system in the port area is achieved, enabling smart management and control of the port area, thus creating a zero-carbon smart port.

The project involves the transformation of waste heat recovery, lighting, PV, energy storage, circulating water, sewage treatment, fire protection systems, large-space air conditioning, compressed air, and test power generation at six parks of Weichai Group nationwide. Through comprehensive smart energy management and control, including monitoring and early warning, plan management, energy efficiency control, optimized scheduling, and comprehensive assessment, integrated smart management of all types of energy in the parks is achieved, setting a benchmark for energy management in high-energy-consuming enterprises.

Through integrated multi-energy coordination and smart management of the entire process of generation-grid-load-storage for cooling/heating/electricity/gas/water multi-energy systems across over 10 universities in Guangzhou University Town, as well as multi-energy risk assessment and campus digital operation and maintenance services, it achieves improved comprehensive energy utilization efficiency and reduced energy costs in Guangzhou University Town.

The project aims to build a clean-energy-driven green low-carbon community, breaks through four key technologies through international collaboration, pioneers the establishment of a demonstration platform, applies it to two demonstration projects, and forms a sustainable development model and supporting technology system for green low-carbon communities.

Within a 57.5-square-kilometer industrial park, through the integration of distributed PV, central air conditioning, split air conditioning, electrical energy storage, orderly production, energy cascade utilization, enterprise energy management, and park energy management across multiple application scenarios, it achieves multi-energy coordinated optimization control and multi-user interaction. The project was successfully selected for the national 13th Five-Year Plan Scientific and Technological Innovation Achievements Exhibition.
