This project involves station upgrade and renovation, centralized control center construction, and integration with IoT platforms and intelligent operation centers. At the plant station side, by integrating station control, production, and safety-related system data from different types of plant stations, the basic automation functions of each plant station are enhanced to achieve real-time monitoring at the plant station end. At the company’s centralized control center, a company-level SCADA centralized control center system is constructed to enable remote operational monitoring of plant stations by the centralized control center. The company’s centralized control center and the smart operation center platform are connected through standard interfaces and interface integration, achieving business functions such as operational data transmission, dispatch command coordination, and information interface integration, thereby ensuring the safe operation of plant stations.

The management platform covers the group and 16 subsidiaries. The system adopts cloud deployment and a multi-tenant technical architecture, creating a management model of "unified deployment and distributed operation by member enterprises". The platform leverages Geographic Information System (GIS) and Internet of Things (IoT) as its foundational capabilities to build an integrated business platform covering dashboards, GIS, inspection, work ticket management, transmission and distribution management, and safety control. Through mobile, visual, and digital operation and maintenance services, it enables data integration, risk assessment and analysis, hidden hazard management, comprehensive analysis and decision-making, early warning and emergency response, and efficient coordinated disposal, thereby enhancing the overall safety production control level of urban grid companies.

Hebei Natural Gas Company Limited was established in 2001 and became a joint venture with Hong Kong and China Gas Co Ltd in 2006.
